The Security Council Committee established pursuant to resolution 1988 (2011) decided on 30 October 2023 to grant a travel ban exemption for Hamidullah Akhund Sher Mohammad (TAi.118) related to his visit to Tashkent, Republic of Uzbekistan, from 31 October to 4 November 2023. He will be attending several international events during this period, including the First Transport Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO), the 12th meeting of Ministers of Transport of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), and the Second International Aviation Forum.
